I have the day off from work tomorrow so I thought opening Free Requests could be fun!
rules are same as always! go!
Anyone can request, you don’t have to follow or re blog or anything.
I can’t do everyone’s -
I pick and choose my favorite ones - ones with story are more likely to be picked- for example last time i got one “zelda preparing her sheik costume”. That was super cool. : )
You can request ANYTHING,/ as many things you want. The more requests the more likely I’ll pick one. ( it’s more fun for me to have a lot of requests to pick from ) haha
Also, if I draw yours traditionally and you’re in the u.s. I’ll ship it to you free. If you’re outside the u.s. And would like it shipped, I ask you to cover the shipping. Of course you don’t have to ship at all ~~ : )

The making of “The WInd Rises”

The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness Documentary
Meet the creative forces behind Studio Ghibli, the award-winning Japanese animation studio that is the focus of this absorbing documentary. Hayao Miyazaki, the director of such cinematic wonders as Princess Monokoke, Spirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castleis the centre point. He’s working on his latest, and perhaps his last film, The Wind Rises. The studio where he storyboards the entire film, and his dedicated team painstakingly draw each frame by hand, is cluttered, homely and apparently lacking any new technologies. On the other side of Tokyo, his colleague Isao Takahata is working on his latest opus. Producer and co-founder Toshio Suzuki shuffles between the two, expertly managing their distinct approaches and longtime rivalry. Director Mami Sunada, winner of SFF’s 2012 Audience Award for Best Documentary with Death of a Japanese Salesman, has captured the timelessness of the process, the brilliance and skill, and Miyazaki’s perverse, playful humour. Prepare to be enchanted by the genius of Studio Ghibli.

Corey did the adorable Caterpillar one.!!

Stuff we do at work! Their theme is “travel / transportation”. These are all around 6 by 8 feet in size, and will be arranged down the hallways of the preschool area of a church here in Texas. We don’t do local installs often so I’ll actually get to go see these in person! -excite- They are installing as we speak and will be done Tuesday!

Sorry ! I posted a few of these a couple weeks ago, but decided to take them down until we were done with them all. The strange small edge of color around them is the bleed and I’m too lazy to take it out XD -sweats-!

I hate that Panda. I hate him so much.

More things from the sketchbook, and one pchat i had previously uploaded and then deleted. (i actually delete 1 to 2/3rds of the art i post the next day because i’m finicky).

The upside-down one was drawn upside down. I had to listen to someone (who is always this way) being judgmental about looks / and religion that day, so I drew the God of just-desserts (something along those lines) to go punish her since I had to personally hold my tongue.

Some ninja squirrels. etc.

Potion table and little upside down frogs by Corey

I just scanned a kadrillion (thats a real number (its not a real number)) pages of my sketchbook and my arm is officially dead. (also my sketchbook is huge so it takes 3 scans per page- then piecing together the stupid things.) ughhhhh.

But yeah!!!!! Here’s some pages, you guys have seen some via photo , or in bits and pieces, but not the whole pages. Now you can see all the garbage i cut out. : )

some of the doodles are also by Corey
